Pride

some people have pride in their financial success. some people pride themselves in their looks. and some people have pride in how many (useless) facts they've acquired throughout their life. i can't claim to have pride in any of the aforementioned areas, but there is one small area of my life that i do pride myself in: my lipid panel.

one of the most frustrating things is when i'm playing wii boxing and the sensor doesn't pick up my motion. the sensor only picks up my motion 50% of the time. that's pretty poor efficiency when you take other games into consideration. but some moves are more efficient than others. they're usually body shots and include upper-cuts and hooks. and as much as the game frustrates me, i love it. but isn't that like so many people in our lives?

you kno how even supermodels have those days when they're not so attractive? it's probably once in a blue moon for them, but it happens. well, it's the same for cars. bmw's are usually on top of things aesthetically. but this x6? it definitely wasn't working it for the camera.



identity crisis: is it a SUV? is it a sedan? but it's shaped kinda like a coupe...

i must admit that this is just not a flattering angle. it looks much better from the back. (but don't be deceived as i was when the first thing i saw was the rear and thought, "oh, this is cute.")
