minding my business, when i spotted a box plastered to the side of the wall next to the hospital -- the building with the blue sign.





you can get a condom for ONE yuan! ($1 = 6.85 yuan) what a steal! but then one has to question the quality and the effectiveness of the condom. i wonder if the machine even works or has condoms in it still. but i'm not going to try purchasing one. i think it's weird enough to take pictures of it in broad daylight.

at the very least, we can deduce that china is aware of their "public health condition" and is doing something about it.
